Omega 3 fatty acids are the best for your hair health. The best source of omega 3 fatty acids is salmon, which also has a high protein content. If you are not in favor of consuming salmons, you can opt for omega 3 supplements instead. But, remember to start weeks in advance for best results. 




Vitamin B is a key ingredient for strong hair making it shine naturally. Your dull hair actually signifies vitamin B deficiency. Include as many Vitamin B-rich foods in your diet as possible like eggs, nuts, and fish.


Avoid heat


Blow drying and heat-styling may sound and look great but are actually dangerous for their hair. Avoid any heat styling prior to your wedding. Weddings are stressful, do choose some physical activities to relax and calm your mind. You can also try to calm your thoughts through meditation or yoga. 


Castor Oil massage


Heat some castor oil with a few drops of almond oil. Use this mixture to massage your hair and scalp, a few times each week after regular shampooing with a natural, sulfate-free shampoo. Wash your hair with water mixed with a few drops of honey. 


Customize your conditioner


Add 1 or 2 Eggs, a few drops of honey and 2 tsp Olive oil. Apply this mixture to your scalp and wash off with cold water and a mild shampoo. Or you can also mix 1 or 2 eggs with brandy or beer. Blend it well and apply it to the scalp. Rinse in an hour. This makes your hair shiny and stimulates hair growth.

  • Use a wide-tooth comb to brush your hair or detangling your hair


  • Trim your hair every few months to reduce split ends and stimulate hair growth. 


  • Drink at least 8- 10 glasses of water to prevent dandruff and dry scalp. 


  • Avoid sun exposure. Or protect your hair with a scarf. 


  • Avoid tight clips or pins to tie your hair.
