Cancellation & Refund Policy

RagaZZa.in focuses on complete customer satisfaction. For cancellation please call us on 7044510099 or leave a mail at connect@ragazza.in. Under no circumstances is the booking amount refundable.

 

RagaZZa’s Cancellation and Refund Policy are as follows: 

  1. Buyers will get a full refund

(a) If a client cancels booking before meeting the photographer

(b) If the client cancels within more than 7 calendar days left till the day of the event.

In both cases, clients will receive a full refund minus the booking amount and transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway.

 

  1. Buyers will be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee

(a) If the client has met the Makeup Artist before cancellation.

(b)  If the client cancels booking in less than 7 calendar days left till the day of the event.

 

  1. No cancellation is possible if 1 calendar day is remaining till the day of the event. 

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit provided at the time of purchase. And, in case of gateway payments, the refund will be made to the same account.
