RagaZZa’s Cancellation and Refund Policy are as follows: 

  1. Buyers will get a full refund

(a) If a client cancels booking before meeting the photographer

(b) If the client cancels within more than 7 calendar days left till the day of the event.

In both cases, clients will receive a full refund minus the booking amount and transaction charges deducted by the payment gateway.


  1. Buyers will be subjected to a 25% cancellation fee

(a) If the client has met the Makeup Artist before cancellation.

(b)  If the client cancels booking in less than 7 calendar days left till the day of the event.


  1. No cancellation is possible if 1 calendar day is remaining till the day of the event. 

If paid by credit card , refunds will be issued to the original credit provided at the time of purchase. And, in case of gateway payments, the refund will be made to the same account.
